    Very simple yet effective post, Rich.

    I think some big companies out there should write a few of those questions down. Like 'Are you listening?' and 'Are you talking to customers?'.

    Trying new things and engaging/collaborating with others is something I really want to focus attention on. But the others are just as valid questions to raise to any business!
