Make money doing what you love.
Sounds so easy when you say it but the truth is so many people are stuck doing something other than what they love. So here’s the question, why?
I suspect it’s a host of reasons, fear, need, complacency, opportunity to name a few. However the one that I have the hardest time understanding is lack of love or passion for something. When I talk to people about business ideas I ask them what they’re passionate about. Many times I get a blank stare or “I don’t know” answer back. How is that? Surely everyone is passionate about something. I think for most it’s hard to link what they are passionate about with a business opportunity. That in turn keeps them from listing what they would love to do. But for those that truly can’t find what they are passionate about try thinking about these five things
1) What is easy for you to do?
2) What would you do for free?
3) When are you most happy?
4) What do you talk most about?
5) What do your friends think you’re passionate about?
If you answer those questions truthfully I think you will start to hone in on your passion, something you really love to do. From there turning it into a job or business is the next step and topic for another discussion. Don’t let your lack of passion keep you from pursuing your dreams. Find something you love to do then do it.
