Srini, good points. Your story is a very good one and I look forward to the day when you can share how you went from quitting to success. I also agree that the more you do the "easier" it becomes. More natural is probably a better word for me to use. It really is like a snowball rolling down hill...it gains momentum and size with each movement. Thanks for the good comments as always.

Hey Rich,

I think there's some great points here. One of things I think you pointed out is inability. I think most people are able to, but are just motivated enough. I have a friend who's still in school and any time I ask him what he's been working on, he says cover letters and resumes. The funny thing is he's the same guy who had me come and speak to the marketing society at Pepperdine about why that method is such a waste of time. He has immense amounts of time, but sometimes I wonder if he's as driven as I am to make change and take control. You would think now that I have a day job, my efforts would have slowed. Instead I'm finding that I'm doing more and I'm doing it faster and getting more and more polished at what I do.

So in my mind when people say they are unable, what they are really saying is unwilling. Even if it means attacking it in bite size pieces goals can be accomplished.
